Cyfrowa FirmaJobs, crews, sites and billing in one system
Cyfrowa Firma organises the work of companies that install and service equipment at customer sites. The office plans and invoices, crews get their jobs on the phone, and customers report faults from a sticker on the equipment. It runs in the browser and as an Android app.
The demo runs on fictitious data of a company servicing fire doors and shutters. No sign-up, no password. Data is reset every night.
Built for a company that uses it every day
The system was written for a fire door service company and is used there daily: in the office, on the workshop tablet and on the crews' phones. We run the same system for other companies, with their own brand, data and the modules they need.

An app for crews in the field
Technicians have their daily plan, sites with history, a map, team chat and time tracking on the phone. They fill in the report on site, the customer signs on screen and photos go straight to the unit in the system. Without signal the app stores the data and sends it when the connection is back.
The app also has a voice assistant. A technician asks about the day, a site or a part selection and gets the answer spoken and on screen.
The iPhone version can't be shown as a demo — Apple's policy allows only production versions to be distributed to iPhones. We are preparing the first version, with release expected in Q1 2027.

The core of the system is shared, but every company works a little differently. We write the modules you need and maintain them together with the rest of the system.
Online shop integration
Orders from your shop (e.g. WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop) arrive in the system as jobs, with the customer and products. The fulfilment status goes back to the shop.
Invoicing and ERP
Billing data goes to your invoicing or accounting software without retyping line items.
A configurator for your product
Variants, dimensions and prices based on your tables, with a PDF quote and the order saved in the system.
Reports and exports
Summaries for management, customers and accounting in the format you already use.
